Since 2008, Norma Dispenza has been helping buyers and sellers navigate the Long Island real estate market with confidence, care, and trusted local expertise. Affectionately nicknamed “Norma Knows” by her clients, she is recognized for her approachable nature, strong market knowledge, and commitment to delivering a seamless real estate experience from start to finish.
Serving both Suffolk and Nassau Counties, including Long Island’s sought-after East End waterfront communities, Norma’s experience spans single-family homes, condos, co-ops, investment properties, and lifestyle-driven moves at every stage of life. Whether assisting first-time buyers, growing families, downsizers, or investors, she is known for her thoughtful guidance, honest communication, and ability to help clients feel informed and supported throughout the process.
Norma’s background studying at the Fashion Institute of Technology (FIT) in New York City brings a creative perspective to her work, particularly when preparing homes for market and helping buyers recognize a property’s potential. Her eye for presentation, combined with strategic insight and a hands-on approach, allows her to help sellers maximize value while helping buyers envision what a home can become.
Deeply rooted in the community, Norma previously served as Executive Director and Membership Coordinator for the Nesconset Chamber of Commerce and has been actively involved in charitable initiatives including the Move For Hunger Truck Pull and 5K events benefiting The ReesSpecht Life Foundation. In 2019, her contributions were recognized by the Women’s Breakfast Council with proclamations presented by Legislator Leslie Kennedy.
A Nesconset resident for more than 32 years, Norma lives with her husband, their three children, and a beloved collection of pets that includes a dog, cat, and fish. Known by many as “The Baking Realtor,” she’s often just as memorable for the homemade treats she shares as she is for the lasting relationships she builds with her clients.
